For this special anniversary edition, Portrait(s) is taking place at the Palais des Congrès, Vichy, France.
Fourteen exhibitions make up the festival's rich photographic journey, including Des mots pour voir with works by Valérie Belin from the collection of the Neuflize OBC Corporate Foundation.

 

Portrait(s) and the Neuflize OBC Corporate Foundation are continuing the innovative project implemented in 2018: bringing the treasures of this corporate collection to the attention of the general public. A device for analysis and exchange around the works is proposed via mediation in order to foster an open and ongoing conversation between the public, schoolchildren, experts and artists. This year, three works by Valérie Belin are presented during the festival. The comments of the public collected by the mediator before the exhibition are broadcasted in the exhibition room.
